Job Summary To deliver operations and administration support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Job Description Ensuring that all regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. This involves understanding complex regulatory guidelines and applying them to manage documentation and submissions effectively Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards . Data Management: Managing data collection, storage, and organization processes. This involves creating and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and implementing data security measures. Data Analysis: Using analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights. This may involve generating reports, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office suite, database management systems , data visualization tools , and possibly programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both administrative management and data analytics to stay competitive and enhance job performance.
